Will I see a proof before you print my order?
Absolutely, before processing your order a free proof will be sent to you through an e-mail within 1 to 2 business days from the date you placed your order. If you have chosen to receive your proof by mail, allow 2 to 4 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. Sample cost is $2.00 each. Be sure to include a valid email address when placing your order.
You will be able to view your proof through an email. At this time you may approve the proof or request for further changes. If changes are made we will send you another proof to verify the changes.
When approving your proof we assume that you have read and proofread all text for errors. If we find an obvious error after you have proofread we will email you for verification. We cannot of course, spot errors in names and other proper nouns you may have misspelled when placing your order. Upon approval of your proof we will proceed with your order.
Can I use my own wording on your bookmarks?
Yes, personalizing your bookmarks is unique, as long as it is not offensive.
Can a background color be changed from what is displayed?
Yes, in most cases, verification is needed.
Can text color or text font be changed?
Text color can be changed. Text font can also be changed, however the text shown compliments the bookmarks we have displayed. In some cases we will changed the font depending on the amount of text we have to fit on the bookmark. If you have a particular font you want to use we will be more than happy to accommodate you if the font style is available.
Is there an extra charge for printing on the back of the bookmarks?
No, in most cases there is no charge. Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of text and graphics.
Can I use my own design/graphic?
Yes, it should be a quality image. No copyright images can be used (ie, Disney images such as Mickey Mouse or professional copyrighted photographs) If your photo is the product of a photography studio, we need a copyright release form from the studio before we can scan and/or use your e-mail photo. We also have the right to refuse to print any inappropriate images. Email the image and we will ascertain if we can work with the image. Additional cost may occur.
How do I send a picture?
Photos may be sent through mail or in JPEG format to info@debbysclassycollections.com. The best photos are close-ups, clear and well-lit. Scan the photo's resolution at 300 dpi for best print quality. We suggest using a photo mailer to protect your photo and mail it to: Classy Collections LLC, P.O. Box 511386, Livonia, MI 48151. Your picture will be returned along with your order in the condition in which we received it.
Do you offer samples?

What are your products made of?
Our bookmarks are made with a premium card stock, laminated with a clear 10mil thickness. (optional: floss tassels)
When can I expect my order?
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery after order is placed and approval of your proof and payment have been received.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal and Cash App. You may also pay by check or money order payable to Classy Collections LLC.
Can I get a refund?
Our products are personalized just for you. After your final approval, no refunds will be given. Any discrepancy on our part we will replace at no cost to you.
